• Wipe clean regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
• For spills, clean immediately using a slightly damp cloth and mild soap solution.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, bleach, or harsh chemicals as these may damage the upholstery surface.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to help prevent fading and discoloration over time.
• Keep away from excessive heat sources such as heaters, fireplaces, and direct heat vents.
• Use felt pads on chair legs when placing on delicate flooring surfaces.
• Tighten hardware periodically to ensure continued stability and performance.

Delivery

An order confirmation email is sent upon purchase, followed by a confirmed delivery time window via SMS, phone or email.

Express delivery includes placement of furniture into the nominated room only. Assembly and unpacking are not included.

If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, a redelivery fee may apply.

Delivery dates may be changed with a minimum of 48 hours’ written notice.

While every effort is made to meet scheduled delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be contacted and a new delivery time arranged.

Warehouse Collection

Customers can choose to collect their product during warehouse opening hours only, unless otherwise arranged.

On arrival, customers must present a printed invoice, collection docket, and valid photo identification at the front office or counter.

If the item is being collected by someone other than the purchaser, an Authority to Collect must be provided.

Customers are responsible for loading items into their vehicle, with staff assistance provided only where permitted under workplace health and safety guidelines.
